HISTORY
Body Kinetics began in 1990 in San Francisco. It is owned by Michael Hoeber Jenkins and John Hoeber. We own and operate three health club locations in Marin County, California. We have become known as innovators and leaders in personal training. The depth and sophistication of our fitness training programs far surpasses what is offered by the vast majority of personal trainers.
HOW BKA WORKS
Mirroring the NASM certification courses, Body Kinetics Academy will enhance your learning with live stream classes and live workshops with experienced fitness professionals.
Learn through virtual interactive seminars, and activity-based applications in a fitness setting. We teach the course in one of our actual health club locations so you will experience the teacher actively showing and explaining the exercises. We will thoroughly cover the NASM materials in preparation for your CPT exam and teach you how to apply your training to a variety of clients. In the end, you will have the knowledge, confidence and ability to begin your personal training career.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Experienced Master trainers and teachers will guide and facilitate your progress as you gain knowledge and experience in both the technical and business aspects of personal training, including exercise prescription, psychology of motivation and life change, and most importantly how to obtain and keep real world clients.
